Each bar is made with a blend of pure essential oils including eucalyptus, peppermint, frankincense, lemon, rosemary and thyme, all known for their various benefits in aromatherapy for helping to alleviate sinus issues. On top of that it has extra shea butter which makes for a creamy lather and highly moisturizing. 

Some with skin conditions like dermatitis, psoriasis and eczema have stated that it sometimes helps with the itch and dryness from those too - so its a great soap to have in your self care collection.
